I have never gone into a vape store before where I have had the staff be extremely helpful. She took the mod out of the box made sure it works completely showed me how to use it I've never had anyone do that before they just gave me the product and took my money. Excellent vapour shop. Would highly recommend visiting them. They have good stock levels and even produce there own liquids that are great value. I have bought from them a couple of times now and will continue to do so.
Went into the shop with no idea what I was looking for and the staff were beyond helpful! I was in there for a good hour going through everything from which setup, through to flavours and wattage and heat and everything else. As I was leaving they other end further help with the phone number to their shop or just to pop in!
Absolutely brilliant customer service, they staff was more then happy to go threw all the instructions in witch what to do an how not to course a fire🔥 They let me try any flavour I wanted an tried there best to make sure I get the right set up with the right liquid for a Heavy smoker like myself so I'm fully ready to quit smoking fags, cutumer satisfaction is what there all about, if your serous about quitting smoking bomb shelter is the place to start!!!

Went in this past Saturday looking to start vaping, as a newbie I didn’t have a clue about what to buy. Every time I tried a friends I would cough my guts up but these guys helped me find the correct unit and correct tank that suited me, didn’t force their products down my throat just to get a quick buck either. Super helpful.
His wife who deals with the flavours was super knowledgable about the different types. After trying a few I ended up going with dewberry which I fell in love with.
I’ve honestly never dealt with that high level of customer service before inside of a shop, 5 star review will definitely be back! :)
Great independent vape shop!
I checked out all the vape shops when I first moved to Weston, but Bomb Site is the one I regularly go to. They really know they’re stuff, always offer a friendly welcome and useful advice - and stock a great selection of juice. Jason and Cynthia run a great shop - pop in, you won’t be disappointed.
I have been vaping on and off for a number of years now in an attempt to give up smoking - I visited bombsite after I had a new vape as a Xmas present as I thought I had broken it, I stupidly locked it! Luckily for me I went in and the owners were more than happy to help. They were very knowledgeable about their products and took the time in demonstrating how to make the most out of what you had.

Iv finally got a kit that does exactly what I need now! The service I received was fantastic and so informative. I was probably one of them time consuming awkward customers so I really appreciate how patient they were with me. I was getting really fed up with having purchased 2 different set ups from other places and having numerous problems to now having the perfect one for me. They set the kit up for me, showed me how to use it and let me try all the different flavour liquids. Gotta say, best service I have received. Thank you for all your help, you have no idea how much I appreciate it. Very professional service!

Started visiting this shop around four months ago. Tried loads of different devices in the past with no success. Four months on and i am off the fags for good. Love bombsite. Best vape store I've been to, the bomb juices are immense and so full of flavour and cheaper than anywhere else. I wouldn't go to any other store amazing product knowledge. Certainly made Weston-super-Mare the place to vape.
The knowledge from the staff is vast, price's are brilliant and the flavours of the juices are the best I have tried to date. Since I have used the shop I've been a returning customer. I would highly recommend going in store if you want to start vaping or even if an experienced vaper. You will learn something new!

Bombsite to me has to be the best vapor shop in Weston-Super-Mare, Ive been recommending this shop to anyone who asks me about vaping. They showed my partner when she first went in the right set up and what she should be using, since having the help from these guys she's stopped using the patches and is now using a lower nicotine strength. I upgraded to the vapor flask and it was no bother them setting it up for me and showing me how to use the different functions it came with, that's a Professional shop. i've said to a few of my friends who vape that it's the best one in Weston-super-Mare and that there e-liquids are amazing, i'm keeping stocked up on them, thanks again for the help and all the best
